New Custom Design Request Process

Since we specialize in custom-made luxury designs, all orders follow a detailed consultation and design process to ensure the perfect fit and execution.

Step 1: Consultation – Share your vision with us via email, WhatsApp, or an in-person appointment. We will discuss the event, fabric choices, and desired embellishments.

Step 2: Design & Confirmation – We sketch a unique design based on your preferences and finalize details such as measurements, pricing, and turnaround time.

Step 3: Production & Updates – Our skilled artisans begin creating your custom made piece, and we provide updates on its progress where necessary.

Step 4: Quality Check & Delivery – Once completed, each outfit undergoes a rigorous quality check before being delivered to you, after your approval.

Working Hours

Our customer care team is available during the following hours:

🕙 Monday - Friday: 8am to 9pm
🕚 Saturday - 10am to 9pm
🕚Sunday - WhatsApp messages only: 1pm to 6pm

🛑Public Holidays- Closed

For urgent queries outside working hours, please contact us on WhatsApp for a quicker response.

 

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Since all our designs are made-to-order and tailored to each client, we do not accept cancellations once production has begun. However, minor modifications may be allowed within 48 hours of placing your order, depending on the stage of production.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of bespoke couture, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will work towards a satisfactory resolution.

We value your privacy and handle all client details, including measurements and design preferences, with the utmost discretion. Your information is never shared with third parties.

Wholesale Pricing & Minimum Order Quantity

  • To qualify for wholesale pricing, a mandatory minimum order of 30 outfits (mixed styles and sizes of your choice) is required.

  • All products marked as "VVIP Star Outfits" are offered at 15% discounts for wholesale orders.

  • All products marked as "Best Seller" are offered at 25% discounts for wholesale.

  • Enjoy an exclusive 40% discount off the rest of other unmarked products ordered at a wholesale.

  • Cost of shipping is incurred by clients.

  • Shipping fee is discussed when you contact us, and differs according to location.

 

How to Order

  1. Browse Our Collection – Choose from our range of luxury designs or request custom selections tailored to your clientele.

  2. Submit Your Wholesale Inquiry – Kindly use the Contact Form to Contact us via email or WhatsApp to discuss pricing, styles, and availability.

  3. Confirm Your Order – Once selections are finalized, we will send an invoice and begin production.

  4. Production & Delivery – Our skilled artisans will carefully craft each piece, and once completed, we will ship your order directly to you.
