The Cathy Stephen brand was born out of the need to bridge the gap between couture, luxury custom made ensembles, and affordability, as this is something that's often quite difficult to find.
Whether you're looking for an outfit for your wedding day, birthday, pageant, evening event, gala, prom, as well as for your little ones, we're here to make all your whimsical fashion dreams come true.

Each piece is a labor of love, custom-made from scratch with meticulous attention to detail.
Production timeline for our custom outfits are as follows:
Bridals ~ 12 weeks
Formal and evening wears 8-10 weeks
Kidswears ~ 4-6weeks
This is to ensure that every element is designed and finished impeccably.
Delivery typically takes an additional 5–7 days.
The design process includes but not limited to:
~Fabric procurement
~Hand drafted pattern making according to kids specific measurements or standard size measurements and design
~Meticulous tailoring
~Delicate hand beading where it's required
~Embellishments and finishings.
Next would be your approval of the finished look, careful supervision of the finished product, and then dispatch/delivery to your doorstep.

Hi! My name is Mimi, but everyone calls me Cathy, and I'm the Creative Director at Cathy Stephen Bridals Atelier.
I'm deeply passionate about designing beautiful, one-of-a-kind couture-like outfits that bring joy to women, ladies, children, and their families.
From couture gowns to refined luxury pieces, every Cathy Stephen Atelier design is thoughtfully created to make women and children feel elegant, confident, and truly special.
From breathtaking bridal and evening wear to sophisticated children’s occasion outfits and princess ball gowns, each piece is designed with exceptional attention to detail to ensure you and your little ones shine beautifully during life’s most memorable moments.
For me, fashion is more than clothing —it is artistry, emotion, and a way of creating timeless memories through intentional designs.
Drawing inspiration from the magic and wonder of my very own childhood, and all the beautiful dresses i wished i could have from as little as 5 years old, growing up with a keen passion for fashion...
My journey in fashion began as a teenager, styling my class mates and friends in High School, and as an undergraduate who always sketched designs i couldn't even draft or sew just yet unto my notebooks.
Designs i could only visualize and wished so much to bring them to life.
After a few good years in the corporate world, I undeniably had to pivot to pursue what i was truly passionate about...bringing my experiences and passion together into this happy marriage called the Cathy Stephen brand.
My designs blend creativity and timeless elegance with playful charm, ensuring each outfit is as unique as the woman or child wearing it. And I create each design with so much love and attention to the tiniest details.
I believe that every event and milestone deserves to be celebrated in fashionable style, and I take great pride in crafting pieces that transform ordinary moments into extraordinary memories.
