Processing & Production Time

Since we specialize in custom-made and bespoke outfits, each order requires time for careful design, tailoring, and finishing. Please note the following timelines:

• Standard Production Time: 3 – 6 weeks (depending on design complexity)

• Rush Orders: Available on request at an additional cost (please contact us for details)

Once your order is complete, it will be carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched for shipping.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping via trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Estimated Production Time (After Order/Payment confirmation)

📍 Within Nigeria: 4 weeks
🌍 International Orders: 4 to 6 weeks

Estimated Delivery Time (After Production Completion)

📍 Within Nigeria: 3 – 5 business days
🌍 International Shipping: 5 – 7 business days (depending on location and customs processing)

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress in real-time.

Shipping Costs

• Local Delivery (Nigeria): Rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

• International Shipping: Fees are based on destination and package weight. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

• Duties & Taxes: For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Secure Packaging

All orders are packaged with a packaging box to maintain the integrity of your garment during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. Please note that adding additional layers like wrapping and protective layers drastically increases the weight of the package and your shipping fee. Hence we use a simple durable packaging bow, either from our brand or from our trusted courier.

 

Returns & Exchange Policy

At [Your Brand Name], every couture piece is custom-made with precision to meet your specifications. Because of this, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy on all orders. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, so please read our exchange policy below.

Exchanges & Modifications

We offer limited exchanges under the following conditions:

✔ Sizing Adjustments: If you need minor alterations, we can adjust the garment. However, the cost of return shipping and modifications will be the customer's responsibility.
✔ Defective or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a product with any defect, which is proven to be a production error, and the item was shipped that way, (not defects as a result of shipping/handling), or if you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or repair.

Kindly Note: Exchanges are not available for discounted sale items.

 

How to Request an Exchange or Alteration

1. Contact Us within 48 hours of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp.

2. Provide Photos and videos description of the issue.

3. Return Shipping: If approved, please ship the item back in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging.

4. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer for Alterations and Resizing.

5. Return shipping fees are our responsibility in the cases of proven production defects (not shipping & handling defects)  and wrong order received.

6. Processing Time: Exchanges or modifications will be completed within 10 – 14 business days after receiving the returned item.
