Cathy Stephen Atelier was born out of the need to bridge the gap between luxury custom handmade and affordability, as this is something that's often quite difficult to find.

Each piece is a labor of love, custom-made from scratch with meticulous attention to detail.
Please kindly note that production for your custom outfit takes approximately 4/6 weeks, ensuring every element is designed and finished impeccably.
Delivery typically takes an additional 5–7 days.
The design process includes but not limited to:
~Fabric procurement
~Hand drafted pattern making according to kids specific measurements or standard size measurements and design
~Meticulous tailoring
~Delicate hand beading where it's required
~Embellishments and finishings.
Next would be your approval of the finished look, careful supervision of the finished product, and then dispatch/delivery to your doorstep.

Meet your designer...
Everyone calls me Cathy, and I'm the founder of Cathy Stephen Atelier, Cathy Stephen Bridals and Cathy Stephen Design Academy (CSDA)
I'm deeply passionate about designing beautiful, one-of-a-kind outfits that bring joy to children and their families.
From jaw dropping princess ball gowns to sophisticated special event attires, every piece I create is thoughtfully designed to make your little ones shine on their most memorable days.
Drawing inspiration from the magic and wonder of my very own childhood, and all the beautiful dresses i wished i could have from as little as 5 years old, growing up with a keen passion for fashion...into a teenager styling my class mates and friends in High School, and into an undergraduate that always sketched designs i couldn't even draft or sew but could only visualize on my notebooks, rather than paying attention to my Accounting, Management and Marketing lectures at University.
Despite this divided attention between my passion for fashion and the need to focus and study Business Management and Marketing, I was still able to graduate with a Second Class Upper Division.
Hence my business certification and my passion for fashion design and styling ended up in this happy marriage called the Cathy Stephen brand.
My designs blend timeless elegance with playful charm, ensuring each outfit is as unique as the child wearing it. And I create each design with so much love and passion just i would design for my own little ones.
I believe that each child is a prince or princess in their own families, and does not need to live in a castle before feeling like or dressing like one.
I believe that every milestone deserves to be celebrated in style, and I take pride in crafting pieces that transform ordinary moments into extraordinary memories.
